Viking Cruises is a global luxury cruise company known for its destination-focused travel experiences across oceans and rivers. In Phase 1, our team designed the Cruise Layout Management Platform — a system to manage pre-cruise, mid-cruise, and post-cruise activities including itinerary planning, ship layout, and onboard operations.
The current phase focuses on redesigning key areas based on usability testing, client feedback, and real user behavior, ensuring a more seamless and intuitive experience across modules.

Project Background
At RedBlackTree Technologies, we collaborated with Viking to design and enhance multiple digital systems that streamline cruise operations and guest experiences. These included:
Admin Login Module for internal management and control.
Visitor Login Interface for guests and travelers.
Lighthouse Management System for monitoring and maintenance operations across ports and destinations.
Among these, one of the most impactful products was the Cruise Layout Management Platform, designed to offer a unified digital view of all cruise-related activities before, during, and after the voyage.
